(1) Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full as well as the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and "I" refer to Si-Ri.

(2) Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.

(3) Website

Our website may contain links to websites owned by others and we are thus not responsible for such sites.

(4) Variation

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Orders for goods and services can be placed in person, by telephone, email or on


5.1 All products by Si-Ri are made in hand using leather, which is a natural product. Therefore variations and imperfections which do not affect the use of the goods can occur.

5.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. The website contains a belt size guide, but if you are unsure please contact us before placing your order.

5.3 For repairs or bespoke orders you will be given a quotation or an estimate which is valid for 28 days unless stated otherwise.

5.4 Any change of specification on a bespoke order, has to be communicated before work has begun. After that the change may not be possible and the customer is liable to continue with the order. If a change is requested this can also change the price and time estimate. The customer will be asked to accept this change before work on the order begins.

5.5 Every product is handmade after an order is placed and we strive to complete standard products in 3-10 working days. The production time can vary due to different factors and customers will be advised about delays before or after placing an order.

5.6 Metal buckles, keyrings, rivets etc. may contain nickle. If you have strong allergies, please contact us before ordering. 

(6) Repairs

You will be provided with an estimate of price and production time when requesting a repair. This estimate can change according to the availability of materials; in which case Si-Ri will advise the customer of any change, prior to undertaking the repair. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, the items to be repaired will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

6.1 Where we repair a customer’s own items, Si-Ri is entitled to retain such items until payment for the repair is made in full.

(7) Product images

We make every effort to ensure our product photography is accurate, but all images are for illustration purposes only. Variation in colour and other details may occur. If you have queries about this, please contact us for further information.

(8) Prices & payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8.1 If you sign up for our newsletter you will receive an email containing a discount code. This code can only be used once per customer and has to be added at checkout. If you complete the order without adding the code correctly, you will not receive the discount. The code is only valid for products in the the standard collection shown on this website, not for bespoke orders. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

8.2 After you complete an order, the amount due may be blocked or withdrawn on your account right away, as each product is made specifically for the order.

(9) Errors, inaccuracies or omissions

There may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

(10) Returns & refunds

Customers buying goods from Si-Ri are protected by the Consumer Rights legislation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke orders.

10.1 As a customer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal period when you shop with us, starting the day you receive your order. The customer is responsible for covering the return costs. To receive a refund advise about the return to, explain you wish to use your right of withdrawal and post the item within 21 days to:

10.2 The product must be returned to us complete, unused and in the same condition as delivered. Returns will be at your cost and should be with the original packaging where possible. You will be liable for any damages so it is important the product is packaged correctly for transit purposes. If goods are received back and are not in the condition referred to above, then we are unable to accept these under the above terms. In this circumstance the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or you will receive a partial refund.

10.3 If your parcel is delivered to a collection point or post office and you do not collect it, the parcel may be returned to us and you will be charged the delivery fee or asked to pay the delivery fee again to have the item sent back to you.

(11) Delivery

Dispatch times may vary and Si-Ri is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.

11.1 Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, as well as requiring the necessary documentation. Si-Ri is not responsible for delays due to customs.

(12) Complaints

A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). This right applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the product exchanged, your money returned or a reduction in the price. The right of complaint does not cover any errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain in 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the defect/error. Si-Ri will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We may store this information for up to 5 years and then it will be deleted.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

You can use PayPal even if you don't have an account, just choose 'Pay with card' at the first pop up box.

The amount will be charged from your account when the order is shipped. All prices are in DKK and including 25% VAT.

Payment by card is handled by Stripe and is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts and protects sensitive information.
